Terms and Conditions

1. Full boot fitting service takes approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Please schedule a separate appointment for each person being fitted.

2. The cost for a full boot fit is the price of the boots plus a service fee of $30 per 15 minutes of fitting.

3. A deposit of $100 is due upon appointment reservation. This amount is applied to the service fee at the conclusion of each appointment, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

4. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to existing appointments.

5. In the event of missed appointments without timely notice, prepaid deposits will be retained by Helm of Sun Valley.
